Apartment Hunting

We are considering renting an apartment in San Pancho next winter rather than haul the RV over these poor Mexican roads...and they are getting much worse each year.

Making a decision is proving to be quite difficult so we rented the apartment for two days to give us a better idea. The apartment is a two bedroom, modern unit situated on a busy street about .8 km from the ocean.  It has a wrap around patio that is perfect for what we want. We loved it, but still can't make up our minds.

We have a hold on the place for December and January of next year and Geno, the owner, has told us he will not rent it out without contacting us first. Can't ask for much more than that.

Ok-- my stand by question…what is the population of San Pancho? I should know this but it this the same town as the RV park that you stay in? Apartment looks great!

Yes, this looks very nice & comfy. Looks good to me but you-know-who can't see the ocean :-(

Alice, this is a town 14 Kms from where we stay with the 5th wheel. I think it has around 1600 people year round, plus the tourists.

Tell you know who that the ocean is .8 ams away, an easy walk.

Adelle, I tried to change my comment and couldn't so here is how it should have read:

Tell "you know who" that the ocean is 0.8 kms away, an easy walk.

That is a beautiful apartment. It looks super cozy and tamed for a fully-furnished place. The owner seems very thoughtful in understanding the predicament you're in. I'm glad he's willing to contact you first, before renting it out to others. Anyway, I hope you're faring well, Colleen. Thanks for sharing that! Take care! :)
