The fun started at 4:00 and didn't end until many hours later. A Mexican family used the outdoor BBQ area at the pool to make and sell fish and shrimp tacos, along with chili rellenos. Some of the best tacos I have tasted in a long time. My personal favourite was the chile stuffed with cream cheese and shrimp, wrapped in bacon and then deep fried.....a healthy Friday night meal!
Not many of us wanted to call it a night, but we finally had to go home when the karaoke system was taken down and the couple who donated their time and system went home.
My throat is sore and I am tired....indications of a fun night.
