Even though Fred has inherited Alice's cold, he rode with me to the Marina to pick up some super sweet corn. The corn and beans were the best we have seen so far this winter.
We stopped at La Palapa for shrimp tacos and they also were the best we have had this year. Sorry Alice, but they even beat out JJ's! The atmosphere wasn't the same but it is hard to do better than lunch on the beach! It wasn't cold like Fred's sweatshirt would indicate - it is just him fighting a head cold.

Better than JJ's? Jim won't believe that. Looks like a pretty nice beach.....we are missing it.
