We were unable to attend yesterday, but made a point of getting to the beach this morning. We watched Canada vs Mexico in the women's division. It couldn't get any better than that....our home country playing against our adopted country.
The next game saw the Mexican men taking on Cuba. Excellent game! The smaller player on the Mexican team is a local boy from Guaymas. That fact alone drew a large crowd to the beach.

That would have been fantastic to see. No mention on how the Canadian teams did so I'm assuming not that great?
Too bad the women's uniforms are so constricting ;-)
I think I would be insisting the men follow suit!
Canada did win their game and made it to the finals. I wasn't able to see that game, but I believe the USA beat them.
