What To Do?

Things haven't really slowed down here, instead we are becoming pretty routine in our daily lives.  Occasionally we throw in a few activities like cleaning and slicing 10 kilos of jalapeno peppers for canning.  That task took three of us two hours, and that was just the prep work.


We do find time to get to the beach for beer, margaritas and chips and salsa.  This isn't a difficult task as the weather has been perfect ever since we got back.


JJ's has been a favourite for tacos ever since we moved here and nothing has changed!  The battered shrimp tacos are the best around.

    Hope you're bringing some home for me...canned jalapenos that is. Mind you those shrimp tacos look pretty darn good, but don't think they would make the trip ;-)

    And if that's what retirement is like I don't think I want any of it. It seems you guys are just as busy as you were before retirement!! Heeshh!!
